Here are two examples for Poshmark fee calculation:

Example 1: Selling Price Less Than $15 (US)

  • Selling Price: $10
  • Item Cost: $4
  • Seller Location: United States

Calculation:

  1. Selling Price: $10
  2. Since the selling price is $10 or less than $15, the Poshmark fee will be $2.95.
  3. Profit = Selling Price - Poshmark Fee - Item Cost
  4. Profit = $10 - $2.95 - $4 = $3.05

Result:

  • Poshmark Fee: $2.95
  • Profit: $3.05

Example 2: Selling Price Above $15 (US)

  • Selling Price: $25
  • Item Cost: $8
  • Seller Location: United States

Calculation:

  1. Selling Price: $25
  2. Since the selling price is more than $15, the Poshmark fee is 20% of the selling price.
  3. Poshmark Fee = 20% of $25 = $25 * 0.20 = $5.00
  4. Profit = Selling Price - Poshmark Fee - Item Cost
  5. Profit = $25 - $5.00 - $8 = $12.00

Result:

  • Poshmark Fee: $5.00
  • Profit: $12.00
